The Anderson Center for the Arts is calling all Houston talent to the stage!

Auditions for A Motown Christmas: When Soul Told the Story, written and directed by Jamye “Dear Jamye” Clark, will be held Saturday, August 29th, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

We’re seeking actors, singers, and dancers to bring the power, peace, and pride of Motown to life this holiday season. Whether you’ve got the pipes, the moves, or the stage presence, this is your moment!

All ages welcome, no experience level turned away.

This production isn’t just a show: it’s the centerpiece of Evening of Elegance, ACA’s largest fundraising event of the year, taking the stage Saturday, December 5, 2026.
