Portraits of Patriotism: Glory
Before freedom was declared, they fought for it.
Join us for a screening of Glory 🎖️ — part of our Portraits of Patriotism film series.
Experience the story of the 54th Massachusetts Infantry Regiment, one of the first official all-Black units in the U.S. Army during the Civil War. Led by Colonel Robert Gould Shaw, these men fought not just against the Confederacy but against a Union Army that paid them less, equipped them poorly, and questioned their right to serve at all. They answered every doubt on the battlefield.
Sacrifice. Dignity. Freedom fought for and earned.
Screenings run June 16–18 | Daily screenings at 10AM, 12PM, & 2PM
